2.How much is the premium?     a.The premium are as follows:         i.Land based: $ 72.00/year         ii.Sea based: $ 100.00/year 3.How do I avail of this insurance cover?     a.If you are classified as newly hired, your recruitment or placement agency tasked to apply and process for you.     b.If you are classified as a rehire, please contact us at: 4.Who pays for this insurance coverage?     a.For newly-hired your recruitment or placement agency will pay for you.
